If you've ever felt like the world is moving faster than you can keep up with — you're not alone. I started GA4 Conservancy because I was right there with you. Between trying to figure out how to video-call my family and discovering that a simple lavender salve could soothe my aching joints, I realized something: the best knowledge is the kind someone shares with you patiently, face to face.
That's what this site is about. Not selling you something. Not overwhelming you with information. Just sharing what I've learned — about herbal remedies that actually work, about using technology without the headaches — and building a community of people who look out for each other.
I'm a member of LearningHerbs.com, where I've deepened my understanding of plant-based wellness. And I'm writing a book called "Seamlessly Navigate The Technology Wave for 50+" because I believe everyone deserves to feel confident — whether they're brewing a healing tea or setting up their new phone.
